Great rubs for summer

We have a great new sampler from Gourmet Village for our Beer Can Chicken. The sampler includes the classic, Cajun Blackened Chicken, and Chipotle Maple. This way you can try one of these new rubs and decide which one is your favourite! I would also suggest brushing your chicken with one of our BBQ sauces!

We also have a new grilling rub for fish, Maple Peppercorn. This is really good for salmon or steak. Put the rub on your steak and let marinate for 1 to 2 hours. Mix seasoning with oil and rub on salmon and let marinate for 1/2 hour, then grill. This rub is also good with chicken, shrimp, and tuna. A must try.
