- An oral antihistamine,such as Benadryl for severe reactions to bug bites
- Hydrocortisone 0.5% cream for itchy, red skin due to bug bites or sunburn
- Mosquito spray containing DEET (at least 10%)
- An antinauseant, such as Gravol for car sickness or upset stomach
- Packets of Gastrolyte or bottles of Gatorade to keep hydrated if severe vomiting/diarrhea occurs
- An antidiarrheal, such as Immodium
- Acid reducers, such as Zantac, Tums, or Gaviscon for heartburn
- Pain relievers, such as Tylenol or Advil for headaches, fever and muscle aches and pains
- Thermometer to check for fever
- An antibiotic cream, such as Polysporin for scrapes or other wounds
- First Aid Kit
- Saline solution/spray for cleaning wounds
- Sunscreen SPF 15 or higher
- Aloe gel to sooth sunburns
- Eye drops, such as Visine or Tears Naturale for red, irritated eyes
